Soo. In my neighbourhood there are some leftist stickers on some places. Which is cool to see. Now with that said today I noticed a reactionary sticker. Now my question is. Do you consider that kind of stuff worth anyones time ? Placing stickers ? Or removing nazi ones ? (Im aware that some people put razor blades under the stickers) So if I would remove reactionary stickers I would be careful.

I would recommend taking down reactionary stickers if you can do so easily and safely (always be on the lookout, especially if you are removing stickers that are far right or fascist.)

This serves two purposes:

  1. It makes your community safer and more welcoming for marginalised people.

  2. It actively signals to reactionaries that they and their ideas are not welcome in your community. Leaving their stickers up is a tacit approval for their ideas and it creates a welcoming environment for them; you don't want that.

Im black so I was somewhat happy to see leftwing stickers in my area. Just noticed 1 rightwing (dogwhistle) sticker today and 1 defaced leftwing sticker. This happened probably in the last 5-7 days since I frequent this area and usually keep an eye on stickers.
