this is one of those article titles that was designed in a right wing think tank to produce maximum frothingfash outrage.

"THE WOKE LEFT THINKS BLACK PEOPLE SHOULDN'T BE HELD TO THE SAME STANDARDS!!!! THE WOKE LEFT WANTS EVERYONE TO BE ILLITERATE THUGS!!!" is the reaction they want to generate in the readership. You can just tell.
