Alla boende och fastighetsägare inom syn- och hörhåll borde kunna sätta veto på detta.

Jag tycker synd om vissa små hus ute på vischan man ser bara hundra meter ifrån e4an. Men hade de haft veto hade vi inte haft några motorvägar alls.
