If the Borg came across a xenomorph planet, would they assimilate them? Thier biology might be a huge plus. Or would they not do it because xenomorphs don't have any technology?

Bonus question: What about Engineers? That's some good tech there.

They would try, fail, and give up after they lose their first cube. Predators like hunting and humans are too greedy so they just keep letting planets get overrun with the damn things.
