Sent the dude to prison for 20 years, then tried to arrest him again for speeding. I honestly don’t blame him for resisting arrest and fighting back, he had to be terrified of having his freedom taken away again.

And even that assumes the "speeding," let alone the "resisting arrest and fighting back," wasn't a blatant lie to begin with.
