Collect all gold bricks (about 90ish), all minikits, finish the story and collect enough studs (coins). You get a “bonus” for doing all of that in under an hour

Is this what people are referring to when they say they’ve “finished” a game? Or are most just talking about the story? I’m just curious how many others view video games this way

To me I've finished a game if I've completed the main story quests and any story or content rich 'post game' content.

I've never felt the impulse to 100% any game except The Binding of Isaac Rebirth, and that's more because the average run is just the perfect length and pacing for me to play on a treadmill or stationary bike and I enjoy doing runs to check off boxes
