Their answer, after years of discussion and consultation, was the Voice.

I mean in regard to their day to day lives as well as personal life goals and societal goals

Truly, if politicians at all levels were doing their jobs, from local mayor to federal cabinet member, The Voice would be moot.

accountability is at the ballot box or the law courts
