Would it be possible to add some more CSS themes at instance level to choose from in the settings?

I was thinking these themes should fit a nice range of tastes: https://github.com/2xx04/lemmy-ui-themes

Yes, it's possible. However, those versions only work on the old version of Lemmy (0.17.4). They'd have to be updated to work on the new one (0.18)

As far as I understood it v0.18 only added more CSS classes to make it easier for people to make custom themes so these themes should still work.

It was a swap from Bootstrap 4 to Bootstrap 5. So it depends on how compatible they are.

Pretty sure this instance has been updated to 0.18

The themes would need to be updated to work with 0.18.
