The article about a major breakthrough from a startup doesn't seem fishy at all.....

If i remember correctly, anthropic is made up of old staff from open AI. They made the first 100k token llm called Claude that rivals with gpt4 so they know what they're doing. The AI boom is very recent, recent enough that the most companies are still full of nerds who want to make cool stuff and the train of greed and ever increasing growth isn't there yet.
