The boy killed Sonic employee Matthew Davis in May in Keene, Tex., after the 12-year-old’s uncle got into a fight over urinating at the chain’s parking lot, police said.

oh well if you personally know that that is different. I got mixed up on the snarky because you where asking for proof and its strange to read it as asking for what proof you should give (which was not asked for by anyone) for your snark.
