Fox seemingly hated Futurama and loaded the creative team with production notes, so the creators opted for a bit of malicious compliance.

And the problem is with people like me? ROFL!

Maybe take a break from the internet for a while. Read a book or something. Just don’t get pushed if the author uses words you don’t like.
