Um, it's not the same because Ukraine never attacked civilians you dumb tankies! Donbas? No, I haven't heard of it. No, why would I do the barest amount of research into the things I claim to care about? That's what CNN is for.

I’ve seen liberals say that Ukraine striking their own citizens with missiles is Russia’s fault because if they didn’t invade Ukraine wouldn’t have made the mistake.

I agree with this logic to an extent. But surely liberals would apply the same logic to Palestinians and the deaths of Israelis right???

Liberals don't apply logic to facts to arrive at a conclusion. They apply rhetoric to CNN articles until they arrive at their predetermined bias.
