A local version of the old "it isn't realistic for bipedal talking animal people to have breasts if they're scaly" struggle session is on its way, isn't it? grumpy-lizard

Even D&D communities get caught up in that with Dragonborn. It's probably why Baldur's Gate 3 omitted that from the previously-canon look.

Depending on how they are presented, Argonians often have something like lips, for what it's worth.

I saw an interview with one of the Baldur's Gate animators and they said they had to give the dragonborn pseudo lips or it looks wrong when they're talking. Probably the same for lusty Argonian maids
