Brutalism is ugly, opressive, and aggressively anti proletarian. Some brutalist buildings are cool but the majority make life worse for the people around them.
The style was literally developed for post-WW2 reconstruction efforts. Relatively cheap and fast construction of large public buildings is about as prole-friendly as it gets

Brutalism is ugly, energy inefficient and expensive over time. You guys just like it because you associate it with the Soviet Union.
Ugliness is a matter of taste. It can actually look pretty nice when paired with plants and utilizing proper lighting.
I think it gets a bad rap. Frankly I find it more interesting than the bland garbage I see being built today. But I got weird tastes.
