Does anyone else get quite easily influenced when seeing food and wanting it. Even if you’re not hungry? I really need to stop looking at food on Instagram 😅 I have new food cravings almost every night. So easy to look at food and go down a rabbit hole on Instagram. Tonight I have a hankering for Xiaolong bao (dumpling soup)

More than you'll ever know. If I'm at a restaurant and the wait staff come out carrying a plate, my eyes follow that plate all the way to the table even if it's not mine.

I don't know if it's envy. I'm usually very happy with my careful selection but I do tend to go "Oooo looook at thaaat" as it floats past me.
