I'm up to 1 km of swimming. I'm still very sore at the end, but it's real progress after about 10 days of swimming consistently.
Cheated on my diet yesterday, almost came out of ketosis. Nose dive from 2.6 to 0.8 ketones mmol/l.. I get super hungry after swimming.
I'm moving my swim time up in the day so my normal clean meal comes after the swim.
You swim every day?
I try to. If I know I'll be busy when I normally swim, I try to get in a swim earlier. The only problem is a early swim has lots of sunlight and I can get a little burned.
So far for the last 10 days I haven't missed a day yet. Crossing my fingers
