Did you resolve the issue in about 40 minutes, that's impressive.
It turned out there was no issue. System had sent automatic notifications and no one caught it. But the first person I called confirmed it. That's when I made the post to try and distract myself a little. Then I went to work fixing it. When I finally got off hold, the next person explained the issue wasn't an issue.
