That's kind of hilarious actually... is she still long like that?
As for marrow bones, my understanding is that they're actually good for dogs, but very high in caloric value and rich so should be given sparingly.
She's really long if you stand her up, but she looks more or less normal otherwise. This pic kind of shows off her length.
