That's like "better safe than butt worms" when you are offered a steak from a 5 star restaurant
If they're from a "boil your water" kind of place, they also probably order steak well done, so same thing.

The distance between a restaurant's kitchen and my table is so short that the chance of contemplation is pretty slim. I guess you can say it's the same if you live beside the water treatment plant.
