In the foreground, there's some man drinking a beer, a dog drinking a beer, and a woman drinking a cocktail and standing like she just came in. The woman is dressed for a night out. The dog looks like a dog, but with an eye patch, bald/shaven head, scars on the chest, and ear partially cut off. The drug turns to the woman with an expression of anger and resentment, and says:
