I opened a roll of Devon for some unknown reason the other night.

Not sure if I should use it for something other than sandwiches.

You could dice it up and put it with rice or pasta.

I was thinking something along those lines.

I’m not sure if I should use a bottle of pasta sauce with it or just go Devon by itself.

Also was almost toying with throwing the Devon into some curry bottles I have.

Just treat Devon like ham and you'll be right.

Good point actually. I’ll think about it since I got a bit of time.

Chop finely and use instead of mince in a lasagne maybe? Dice and add to ramen. Slice finely and layer in a casserole with sliced veg and some hawt sauce to moisten and a mashed potato lid on the dish. Freeze the remaining hunk of devon until you get inspired.

Good ideas there. I’ll keep them in mind but might be using the ramen one soon!
