I wish their client support was better. I'd switch in a heartbeat if they covered the devices I need

If they had a good Xbox app I would switch immediately. My wife and daughter needs an easy way to watch on the TV, and if I can't make it at least as easy as plex it's a no go.

Yep same here, whole reason I started using Plex a year ago was to share my totally legally acquired collection of movies and tv shows with my mom and brother, who both only have an Xbox to work with.
