Modi govt worked for years to open forests for private plantation businesses. It ignored all voices concerned about tribal rights. Now the law gives it the discretion -- to lease away forests as it wishes.

The loss is ours, our nation's. the profit will be whisked to offshore accounts by Adani, Agarwal, and other corporates.
