Most everyone has implants or some form of modification. There's a skilltree where you can hack their implants and
Release the toxic metals in their implants
"over heat" their implants causing burns
short circuit them causing severe damage
forcing others to take out their gernade and pull the pin clasping onto it as they panic knowing what is happening against their will.
forcing them to pull out their own gun or knife and comitting suicide as they panic knowing what's happening is against their will.
What a crazy commentary on the pitfalls of having neural implants.
Or at least the pitfalls of having neural implants with Bluetooth capability
