I've got two. The first is this Rick Nash vs Phoenix. I had only been watching Hockey for a few months at this point, and a combination of the announcers excitement and the insane skill required kind of blew me away.

The second is Ovi vs Montreal. I remember where I was when I first saw this goal. Early in the morning (UK), I'm on the exercise bike and I'm awestruck with how anyone could do this. It's for me the definitive early-Ovi goal. Speed, Power, Ingenuity and of course, a finish.

For whatever reason, this goal by Anthony Duclair is one that comes to my mind when I think about awesome goals I saw as it happened.
