I assume you've had Bill Cat checked out? Can he tell that he's getting attention or response from yelling? Trying to ignore a screaming cat is not easy of course ๐Ÿ˜ž

The cat I'm looking after loves screaming at me to go pat her vigorously on her favourite bit of cardboard. It's almost never food now, compared to what it used to be.
