I assumed it was intentional for some inscrutable reason?
I mean I can't scrute why you'd make a zootopia abortion comic in the first place so it seems in character for whoever made that to also do this weird thing.
I mean, you gotta draw some background. It is nice to have a standard neutral one you have practiced to draw.
