I am so very, truly, deeply confused. What the fuck is going on in this picture and what point/joke is the cartoonist trying to make?
This is the first piece of his work I've seen that just completely flies over my head. What is he even on about???

The crux of Kelly's humor is to invent fake problems to mock right-wing political cartoonists who are constantly inventing people or concepts to get mad at
It took me an embarrassing amount of time to figure out Kelly was a satirist
