They don't really send the best stuff, but old stuff that would be decommissioned.

When "the old stuff we were gonna just sell on eBay" tops the enemy's "top of the most corrupt line in the world" then that's really a misleading statement.

The amazing part is how the Ukrainian front lines use the old stuff to such great effect. Imagine if they had new stuff like ATACMs?
