The police have invoked Section 66A of the Information and Technology Act, despite the provision having been struck down by the Supreme Court in 2015.

Kukis have been 100% ethnically cleansed from Imphal valley, and Biren Singh has appointed a retired Meitei Army officer with experience in destroying militant camps, as the senior superintendent of police (combat) so Indian citizen Kukis taking shelter in the hills can be treated as militants.

This is a Central-govt supported ethnic & communal genocide.
