a committee created by modi, made up of Modi's handpicked few, to meet modi's agenda will decide whether the constitutional condition of requiring states buy in to cancel/ over-ride elected state govts needs to be followed.

What is Hindi for kangaroo committee? because that's what this is. Will any committee for, of, by Modi decide aything independently?
