It’s getting started. Serious use cases never have the glamour of hype. But I am starting to see generative AI cover more and more ground into business utility.

I fully agree. For example the company I work at is just getting started with some serious generative AI features. This was just the first wave where everyone was fascinated by the seemingly human-like responses from a machine, now we're past that and serious use cases are emerging.
