U.S. lawmakers have formally requested a meeting with the U.N. to address the situation of North Korean refugees in China, amid concerns that they could soon be forcibly repatriated to the DPRK.

Nobody wants to deal with a North Korean refugee crisis and something like 20% of defectors want to return to North Korea.
