He gives a pretty objective review of starfield. Overall he says it's a good game worth buying.

He covers the depth of the story, bugs, the depth of the universe, ease of exploration

Hes making totally valid points but also comes across as a guy who's expectations were set way too high.

Have he played any BGS games in the past?

He has reviews for all of them.

I don't think his personal expectations for too high, but he is reacting to the expectations out there on the internet. For his audience's sake.
