Any ACC fans out there who can explain why they're considering an odd number of expansion candidates? Does the ND scheduling arrangement make it more practical?

And yes, yes I am trying to change the subject in my own team's game thread.

Lol. Well I'm not an ACC fan but I think the ND deal probably helps. Could be saving a spot for full ND membership if they can convince the domers they need to be in a conference and the B1G is full. Maybe the real decision makers (ESPN) asked them to.
