"No pets allowed" is wrong. It is the year 2023. Pets are allowed but you need to have a pet resume and references for the pet.
You have to pay $50 each pet to register them in the leasing agency’s third party affiliate’s database in order to apply.
$500 monthly fee per pet
Pet needs to make 1/3 of rent as well. Better start monetizing that Instagram page.
