Jangminlun Gangte was shot in a firing incident in the adjoining villages of Narasena. His cousin alleged that he was killed by the Manipur police commandos during the attack on their village, Khousabung, which is only 5 kilometres away from Naransena.

One of our states has been turned into a warzone, yet the state govt & admin are unchanged, the Union Home minister is not fired, the PM has not stepped down.
