Holy shit right after releasing what amounts to be a good game. (Haven't played but Shadow Tactics and Desperados 3 was good)
The article doesn't say they're failing. It says they're burnt out and don't want to start another game.
I don't think it means they're guaranteed to be done forever.
Shadow Tactics is GREAT. I highly, highly recommend it.
