I think they're just a hexpup agitator; the DroneRights account made a bunch of fuss on Blahaj, lemmy.world and Lemmy.ml before having a rather strange and affected "conversion" to hexbear.
also, the PM_ME_FAT_ENBIES account name is suspiciously similar to that of an active hexpup who goes by PM_ME_YOUR_FOUCALTS or something
