I don't mean to be rude to the guy but he keeps sending me pics of cats called "Chairman Meow" in the middle of the night and it's getting a little out of hand. Please how do I get him to stop, I need to sleep.

Hexbear can't see external images you have to put them physically in the message, they look like this otherwise:

Just a useful thing to know about hexbear really. The externals are blocked for dox/tracking/exploits/privacy purposes. Personally I think it's good practice to get people to post them to the instance anyway.
