I don't mean to be rude to the guy but he keeps sending me pics of cats called "Chairman Meow" in the middle of the night and it's getting a little out of hand. Please how do I get him to stop, I need to sleep.

oh come on, don't be like that, President Xi is under a lot of pressure right now, let him have his fun

he sends you a stipend every month to propagate Chinese disinformation online, the least you can do is say "hi Chairman Meow" and play along
