Cool cool. I don't want to be like kicking off a war or demonising here, but if we are airing site cultural issues on this thread then what I've listed would be my personal experiences.
In the end we never stop growing and learning right? I'm not the same gal I was when I used lemmygrad so you'll know better than I where the sites cultures has moved on and where its still stuck in its ways.
