Trump
It's more than that though. Trump managed to get people to vote for him, he also managed to find equally dull witted individuals and put them in positions of authority.
If it was just Trump he would never have managed to get elected in the first place and would just be this more or less irrelevant D list TV personality.
Last term he found the best he could that would accept his nomination
But they kept him in line and told him no
This time he went for pure yes-men, completely untethered
They'll do anything he wants, any pushback and they're gone.
