I'd give northern Croatia to Slovenia and I'd make Istria it's own country and same for city of Split except it would be walled off from the rest of the country.
Why? Northern Croatian sounds like Slovenian to me, Istrians are too Italian for me but for historical reasons I would not give it to Italy, and I absolutely hate Split.
I'd also give Kosovo to Hungary just because.
