Flippant Anarchism. A lighter take on social criticism with the aim of agitation.

Post humorous takes on capitalism and the states which prop it up. Memes, shitposting, screenshots of humorous good takes, discussions making fun of some reactionary online, it all works.

This community is anarchist-flavored. Reactionary takes won't be tolerated.

I do agree that I am projecting, I am newish to this, am trying my best, and I am working with a couple mutual aids (one of those is giving me charity vibes but I rather people being fed than abandoning it) and other projects. So I am assuming I am wrong about things, so I intentionally avoid any leadership like space, they organize and they need help, I help. Could I do more? probably, but I barely have any time for myself where I don't read.

At worse I see in the coming that both are trying to one up each other into "which one is better" which is silly. But her focus on community and self actualization rather than employment as the traits that define someone is what I assume is the point.

mind elaborating why this comic is neoliberal?

I am trying to assume goodwill on your part, I know internet sucks, and it is safe to assume everyone is a troll trying to push other down to "win" a made up argument. but I really do not want that. and if I sound like that, then sorry.

I don't see how the girl in the left is exploiting the one in the right, the one in the right is actively celebrating the capitalistic system in her life. while the one on the left sees it as an inconvenience in her life.

Reread what you responded twice😁Neoliberalism: people who hold law as authority over intersection, do not praxis mutual aid in order to fulfill their social needs, and actualize. Beatrice did nothing to comfort Margaret on how to directly act on what she needs to actualize and fulfill her needs and desires. Margaret only sees her exploitive boss’s theft as the means to achieve what she needs. There’s no intersection being done in these strips, by either of them. This is why the comic is neolib propaganda, and not /c/flipanarchy.

assume goodwill

It depends the community. Here, with comrades, I do assume mutual aid&intersection (goodwill). In say /c/leopardsatemyface@lemmy.world, I am neutral. But in progressivepolitics@lemmy.world, I know I am on enemy territory intersecting: I assume the worst, in bad “faith.”

girl in the left is exploiting

Beatrice, the one with glasses exploits hungry people in a restaurant. Instead of making the food free for everyone, e.i. a canteen, she never once said to Margaret “come join me, so you don't have to worry about food, while we find what fulfills you.” She is not intersecting her needs. She not mutual aiding Margaret at all.

the one in the right is actively celebrating the capitalistic system in her life.

Because none have intersected each other. Thus no solidarity is being formed. Margaret hasn't been able to retrospect the theft tho Boss extracts for her, or how she is stealing from others too, by working for him. She is a victim of capitalism, and Beatrice isn't intersecting her out of those thefts.

one on the left sees it as an inconvenience in her life.

This is the thesis of neoliberal praxis: It should never be an inconvenience to intersect, solidify, and mutual aid with friends. Beatrice should be delighted her friend came to her at the time of need, and be able to help her fulfill her friend. This precisely why we see this as neolib propaganda and nothing related to anarchy: no rulers, no hierarchy.

I am starting to doubt the need to assume goodwill here.

You are blaming Beatrice for having to survive under capitalism. she describes what she does for her community, including using her skills (sowing) to give her community free clothes. That can be interpreted as Mutual Aid. Yet you blame her for having a job? she is a neoliberal because she has bills? because she does not rely on her community for all her needs? Are you fucking joking?

Point me where I can do that? Where I can go and live with a community where I can cover all my needs with said community? Rent, food, energy, medicine?

(sowing) to give her community free clothes

Beatrice: “sew clothes, make necklaces for friends

For status, not for needs.

That can be interpreted as Mutual Aid.

Beatrice: “my garden” […] my beautiful puppy

Not “our farm,” the “guard dog.” She see what she does as private belongs that fulfills her leisures. While writing stories fulfill her.

blaming Beatrice for having to survive under capitalism.

This maybe projection on your part. We do not know if Beatrice is retired, or works paycheck to paycheck. But she exploits the hungry for artisan food, which is capitalist praxis. I am demonstrating this comic is neolib propaganda, and offtopic. I also exemplified how this comic can be fixed to show anarchist praxis.
It's upto you if want to let the neoliberal propaganda get to you. It fails to us anarchists that canteen food for everyone hungry, and intersect the stolen and abused. Margaret should have cried tears of joy, that at the least someone conveniences themselves to help her fulfill her needs at the most critical moment in her life. Instead we see in the penultimate panel crying in despair.

Point me where I can do that? Where I can go and live with a community where I can cover all my needs with said community? Rent, food, energy, medicine?

Welcome home comrade.🫂 Welcome home.🫂
