That's when you just get another job and if the company calls you when youneed to be at the other job you say "too bad I'm busy with my other job I was forced to get because you wouldn't give me hours when I needed them. No can do, see you at my next scheduled shift"

What do you have to lose, a job that wasn't giving you hours anyway?
