Dont defend yourself girl! No need, its tough out here. Its a lot for anybody, and i dont fault anyone for anything they try to do to feel like themselves.

So ive been tucking basically daily for months now 8-12 hrs, and while im not you so i cant speak to whats going to def work for you, i can offer lots of advice. Info about it is scattered everywhere unfortunately.

So if your comfortable with it, shoot me a DM! I can try to quickly type out some big things that helped the most.

I just dont wanna post it all here its somewhat graphic and deals with the thing alot of peeps here probly would prefer not think about. Up to you!

As much as it sucks to talk about, more open discussions about such thingd would be great, but that feels like something for a separate community. It's definitely something many would rather not discuss.

Hmm maybe ill hit up the mods about it at some point. Hell ive already had to bug Ada once why not again?

Edit: oops seems Ada isnt a mod here, will be a fresh interaction!

Edit edit: god i cant get my thoughts together, but now that im thinking about it; if a help thread were to be a thing it would probly be better over in MtF. Since its alot of MtF specific advice, its totally different for FtM
