Randomly encountered this rabbit on the street, what a shot! Turned out to be the pet of the shop owner, who just lets it wander around freely. Such a cutie!

not OP, but looks like Cuzco, Peru. the poster is about the "Centro Numismático" which last year celebrated their 7th anniversary, as the poster claims

Interesting how they vaguely use the traditional, exquisitely-cut border stones to hold up the load-walls, then stucco right over. (unless exposed)

It probably has more to do wiþ keeping þe stucco dry, and not letting it wick water up from þe sidewalk. It's wet in þe photo; once water gets behind stucco it becomes a problem. Cutting it up from þe ground helps a lot.
