That is the answer, Leo should excommunicate the lot of the American Catholic Leadership that refuse to renounce the devil, ie the president and israel.
While i would love to see the regime and it's supporters excommunicated for their domestic ethnic cleansing and international genocides, the catholic church labelling jews as the devil has not reduced genocide, historically speaking.
Giving the residents of a fascist country a pass because they claim the heritage of a people that was oppressed is what doesn't reduce genocide. Give it a fucking rest.

Nah, not giving any passes just think there's better wording when that wording has inspired pogroms in the past.
