Reminds me a lot of Alpine Moon. The big difference is that this card can't be countered, though the ETB trigger still can be countered unlike Alpine Moon which has no ETB trigger (it uses a replacement effect).

Even with this card's templating using an ETB trigger instead of a replacement effect, this still feels like a very strong Alpine Moon.

Edit: I should also add that Alpine Moon removes land types, so unlike Petrified Hamlet, it can prevent the opponent from having the three required lands for Tron.
